It helped me help my community. I remember one time I was at a doctor appointment. There was this one old lady, she trying to explain the receptionist that she had an appointment but she missed it and now she wants to reschedule. However she wasn’t able to because she didn’t know English well, but she spoke my native language. So I spoke for her to the receptionist and made her understand what the lady wanted.
